Woodland Reset

A quieter, more reflective experience.

This is for those who feel the need to step away, clear their head, and take a break from constant input, pressure, or noise.

We begin simply.

Walking into the woods.

Finding a place to settle.

Lighting a fire together.

 From there, the session opens up.

You might sit quietly.

You might walk.

You might talk.

 Or you might just watch the fire and let your thoughts settle.

There is no structure to follow.

Nothing to achieve.

No expectation placed on you.

What this offers:
